Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions governing our Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty, which is exclusively provided by EMF AUTO LLC ("EMF AUTO"). By utilizing this warranty, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage:
   Our Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty applies solely to the cost of the brake pads themselves and does not encompass labor charges.

2. Scope of Warranty:
   2.1 The warranty covers brake pads solely when replaced by EMF Auto LLC.
   2.2 The warranty is applicable solely to the same axle where the original brake service was performed.
   2.3 The warranty is non-transferable and remains valid only for the vehicle on which the original service was performed.
   2.4 The warranty does not include the cost of other brake components, such as brake rotors, calipers, brake lines, brake fluid, or any other components unrelated to brake pads.

3. Warranty Limitations:
   3.1 The warranty is applicable solely to the original purchaser of the brake pads and cannot be claimed by subsequent owners or individuals.
   3.2 The warranty does not cover any damages caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or any modifications or alterations made to the brake system.
   3.3 The warranty is void if the vehicle has been used for racing, off-road driving, or any other activities that exceed the manufacturer's recommended specifications.

4. Claim Process:
   4.1 To initiate a claim under this warranty, the original purchaser must contact EMF Auto LLC.
   4.2 The claim must be made exclusively through EMF Auto LLC for warranty coverage.
   4.3 EMF Auto LLC reserves the right to inspect the brake pads and the vehicle to verify eligibility for warranty coverage.
   4.4 Any claims made under this warranty will be subject to the sole discretion of EMF Auto LLC, and their decision will be final.
   4.5 EMF Auto LLC may elect to repair or replace the brake pads at their discretion.

5. General:
   5.1 This warranty is in addition to any rights provided by consumer protection laws or other applicable legislation.
   5.2 EMF Auto LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty program at any time without prior notice.
   5.3 The terms and conditions of this warranty shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where EMF Auto LLC operates.
   5.4 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.

By utilizing our Limited Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including the restriction that warranty coverage is solely provided by EMF Auto LLC.
